I was recently asked the following question (in Spanish):
Necesito programa para acomodadores
Translation: I need a program for ushers.
Introduction
Meeting Schedule Assistant includes a built-in feature for assigning attendant duties. This guide will walk you through setting up attendants, assigning publishers, and creating the attendant schedule.
Step 1: Setting Up Attendant Roles
Open the Options window in Meeting Schedule Assistant.
Set the desired number of attendants. For example, if you want three attendants, set this value to 3.
Click OK to save your changes.

Go to the Headings window.
Enter a heading for each attendant. Since you set three attendants, you should have three headings. For example:
Car Park
Entrance
Auditorium

Step 2: Assigning Publishers as Attendants
Go to the Publishers database.
For each publisher you want to assign as an attendant, ensure the "Attendant" role is ticked.
This setup ensures that only selected publishers are available for attendant assignments.

Step 3: Creating the Attendant Schedule
Open the Assignments Editor.
Use the editor features to assign the duties (Car Park, Entrance, Auditorium).
Save your schedule.
Your attendant schedule is now ready and can be adjusted as needed.
