Due to jw.org terms of use, automatic download of workbook data within the Meeting Editor is no longer supported. You must now request the data manually.
Here’s how to do it:
Make sure your email settings are properly configured within the application. Without correct email setup, you won’t be able to send data requests automatically.
This option can be found under the Help menu. It displays the most recent meeting workbook date for your selected language, helping you determine whether an update is available.

📤 3. Click "Request Data"
Click the Request Data button to automatically send an email on your behalf. Don’t worry—you’ll be copied (CC’d) on the message so you can review what was sent.
✉️ Here is a sample of the email that will be generated:

📥4. Receiving the Data
You will receive a reply to your email as soon as possible, including the requested data and instructions on how to import it.

🧩 5. Using the Data
